Basic agreement statements when booking hotels in real time
These general terms and conditions are valid for the individual booking by the user of rooms in accommodation facilities through the online booking system TravelLine.
а The decision you made on booking is automatically transferred on your behalf to the appropriate accommodation facility.
б Intermediary services TravelLine provides customers with no additional fees for the booking. For this reason, it is forbidden to resell the rooms (services) booked through the TravelLine booking system. In addition, it is not allowed to retake their rooms to third parties at prices exceeding the cost specified in the TravelLine system.
Contract and Payment
а The Agreement on the provision of the relevant service is made at the time of booking directly between you and the accommodation facility you have chosen. All claims and obligations for the services rendered relate to the person making the booking and the accommodation facility chosen by him.
The made order can be paid by any of the ways offered by the system. We draw your attention to the fact that the accommodation facility has the right to impose restrictions on the choice of payment methods:
When paying for the rooms (services) with a bank card or electronic money through the system using Internet acquiring, in the opened window of the payment system using your own bank card or electronic wallet, you pay the cost of the first night in the accommodation facility or other amount indicated by the accommodation facility on the form Booking. If in the process of booking you pay the incomplete cost of the reserved rooms (services), the remaining amount of the order you pay in the accommodation facility upon arrival.
When using the method of payment "Guaranteeing the reservation with a bank card", you enter the information on your bank card in the appropriate fields. The specified information is transmitted to the accommodation facility you selected via secure communication channels through a secure server to ensure your reservation. The placement facility makes a decision on withdrawing or blocking on your bank card the funds equivalent to the amount of the order. If the accommodation facility does not manage to perform the operations on your card necessary to guarantee the reservation, your reservation can be canceled by the accommodation facility. Please make sure that the validity period of your card has not expired and your account has enough money to pay for the order.
In non-cash payment, 100% of the services ordered are prepaid. Some accommodation facilities can set a different amount of prepayment. The prepayment amount is reported during the booking process. Payment by bank transfer can be made by legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made within 3 working days after receiving an invoice for payment of reserved rooms (services). Some accommodation facilities set restrictions on booking a room with payment by bank transfer within a few days (as a general rule for 5 days) before the expected date of arrival.
If you pay on the place of the reserved rooms (services), you pay the order in cash upon arrival at the accommodation facility.
With deferred payment of reserved rooms (services) upon termination of the booking, you receive an invoice for payment for rooms (services) of the accommodation facility via e-mail. At this stage, the voucher for the reservation you made is not sent to you. You are required to pay for the reserved rooms (services) of accommodation facilities according to the cost and time indicated in the invoice for payment. If you make a payment on time, you will be sent a voucher. In case you do not make a payment within the time period specified in the invoice for payment, the reservation is automatically canceled.
Attention! The accommodation facility has the right to provide non-refundable tariffs. Under the terms of the specified non-refundable tariffs, in case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival of the client, the prepayment (in full or in part) paid to them is not refundable and remains in the accommodation facility as a penalty. We recommend that you carefully read the terms of the special offers before the completion of the booking process.
b Rooms are reserved directly when booking. Confirmation of the reservation (voucher) will appear on the screen immediately after placing the order. It is recommended to print and save it. In addition, the voucher is sent by e-mail to the address you specified when placing the order. However, for technical reasons, TravelLine can not verify the fact of delivery of the confirmation by e-mail. At the same time, the reservation does not lose its strength.
Changing an order
The technical functionality of the online booking system TravelLine does not imply making changes to the already booked and confirmed by the customer booking.
To add an additional room or extra nights to your existing booking, we recommend that you book one more reservation.
To change your issued and confirmed reservation, we recommend that you reconcile the changes directly with the booked accommodation facility by phone (the contact information of the accommodation you have reserved is indicated in the voucher). In addition, after checking the conditions for cancellation of the reservation, you can cancel the existing reservation and arrange a new one for the parameters of interest to you.
Cancellation of an order
а To avoid confusion, the cancellation of an order must always be made through the TravelLine booking system. For order cancellation, it is important that a message about this in a timely manner be received in the appropriate accommodation facility, which is provided by the system's functionality. You can cancel the booking only through the TravelLine system, using the link and cancellation code sent with the confirmation of the booking sent to you by e-mail when booking. After the cancellation of the order, the client is notified of the cancellation of the reservation. If, for some reason, you are unable to cancel your reservation using the link and cancellation code, we recommend that you contact the reservation department of the chosen accommodation facility to cancel your reservation.
b In case of using electronic payment, namely a bank card or electronic money, the money will be returned to the bank card or the electronic wallet with which the payment was made, within 45 working days from the receipt of the notice of cancellation of the reservation. The time between the return operation and the actual transfer of money to the client's account depends on the internal banking procedures and the internal procedures of payment systems.
In case of timely cancellation of an order, the TravelLine hotel booking system has the right to charge additional service charges from the customer for the cancellation of a previously issued order. The service charge for booking the reservation is included in the price of the booking and in case of cancellation the reservation is non-refundable. The amount of the service fee depends on the payment method chosen by the client, but can not exceed 5% of the amount paid by the client.
c In the case of using the guarantee of the reservation with a credit card, a refund withdrawn from your bank card of funds is made by the placement facility. If you cancel your reservation, we recommend that you contact the accommodation facility to resolve the issue of a refund in the way that is convenient for you.
d In case of using deferred payment, the money is returned to the client by the payment system that provides services related to organization of the deferred payment process. If you cancel your reservation, the payment system officer will contact you. Money will be returned in a convenient way for you, minus the commission of the payment system.
e In case of late cancellation of an order or a non-arrival of a client, the accommodation facility may apply penalties to the client.
The rules of late cancellation, namely the time and size of the penalty, are set by each accommodation facility independently. It is necessary to read carefully the conditions of the reservation, the rules of the special offers applied, as well as the conditions for late cancellation indicated on the accommodation page, on the booking form and in the voucher during the booking process.
In the event of the premature departure of the client, the accommodation facility has the right to file claims against the client related to the losses incurred.
Information about the accommodation facility
Accepted worldwide classification of accommodation facilities by the number of stars indicates the level of the service provided by the accommodation facility. This information is not checked by the system. The classification of accommodation facilities indicated in the system, as well as additional information, description and cost of rooms (services), location of the placement facility and other information are provided by the accommodation facilities themselves. TravelLine company is not responsible for the discrepancy of the validity of the information provided.
Cost of rooms and services of accommodation facilities
а All prices indicated in the TravelLine booking system are determined by means of accommodation and are valid for all booking cases within the TravelLine online booking system according to the parameters set by the accommodation facilities.
b Reservations are made at prices valid during the period of the proposed residence. When booking, special price offers are automatically taken into account, established by means of accommodation in the TravelLine system. The accommodation facility guarantees that the cost of rooms and services declared in the system is binding for each booking.
c All prices are valid for one room and the selected period of stay, including the services specified in the description of the room, not covered by the category of paid services. According to internal regulations, accommodation facilities are required to establish the end prices of rooms and services, including taxes, for displaying in the system. However, prices may not include some taxes and fees imposed by local authorities.
d G All prices in the online booking system TravelLine are indicated in rubles, while on the booking form it is possible to convert the indicated prices into other currencies.
а Data entered by the client are transferred to the accommodation facility in the amount necessary to book rooms (services) in accommodation facilities. In addition, the data entered by the client can be used for transfer to a third party. Such a third party can contact the client by email, for example, in order to receive feedback on the quality of the service, the accommodation package booked by the client. At the same time when receiving the first e-mail from such third party, the client has the opportunity to refuse from the subsequent mailing.
b By agreeing to the terms of this user agreement, the client agrees to collect, systematize, accumulate, store, update (update, modify), use, transfer to the accommodation facility and the third parties designated in paragraph "a" of paragraph 8, depersonalization, destruction Their personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address, telephone number, citizenship. These personal data are requested in order to provide customers with the requested services, or to respond to customer requests. This consent is provided by the client for the implementation of any actions that are not inconsistent with the legislation of the Russian Federation with respect to personal data aimed at achieving the goals specified in the user agreement, including online booking by the client of the chosen accommodation facility, compilation of accounting and accounting documents, feedback on the quality of the service Reserved accommodation facility.
In the case of providing advertising and marketing materials to the client, he is also given the opportunity to refuse to receive such materials in the future.
All information placed on the booking form is compiled with the utmost care. However, errors or misprints are not excluded. All information related to the accommodation facility (photos, description of the accommodation facility, rooms, services provided, prices, etc.) is recorded directly by the accommodation facility. The accommodation facility is itself responsible for the inaccuracy of the information provided.
The TravelLine name and the TravelLine logo are registered trademarks of the company. Other products or company names mentioned on the website of the accommodation facility or in the form of online booking TravelLine may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
Using the system TravelLine, making an order through the system, you agree with the text of this agreement. If you disagree with any provisions of this document, it is recommended that you stop using the TravelLine online booking system. Continued use of TravelLine online booking system is unequivocally regarded as acceptance of all the terms of this agreement.
